Lubrel Warranty Policy
At Lubrel, we stand behind the quality of our lighting. This policy explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how we’ll help if something goes wrong.
1) Warranty Coverage
All indoor lighting products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for two (2) year from the original purchase date.
- Applies to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for any claim.
2) What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly
- Failure of electrical components (bulbs excluded) under proper use
- Structural breakage caused by internal flaws (not due to impact or mishandling)
3) What’s Not Covered
- Improper use: outdoor use (unless specified), moisture exposure, commercial environments, excessive heat
- Negligence: accidental damage, drops, improper installation, abrasive cleaning
- Unauthorized modifications: any alteration/repair not approved in writing by Lubrel
- Normal wear & tear: scratches, fading, discoloration
- Consumables: bulbs, fuses, and parts designed to wear over time
4) How to File a Claim
Email info@lubrel.com with:
- Your full name and contact details
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
- A brief issue description + photos/videos
- Product name or model number (if available)
We may request the product be returned for inspection before a decision is made.
5) Resolution
If the claim is approved, Lubrel will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace it with a similar or equivalent model, or
- Refund the purchase price (shipping excluded) if repair/replacement isn’t feasible
Customer is responsible for shipping the item to Lubrel unless otherwise agreed. Lubrel covers the return shipping for repaired/replaced items.
6) Limitation of Liability
- Lubrel’s responsibility is limited to the remedies above.
- Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the product’s original purchase price.
