Shipping Policy

At Lubrel, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Our shipping operations are managed by Tian Ying Express Inc.

1. Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Transit Times & Delivery

We primarily use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for deliveries to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations. Depending on the delivery address, parcel size, and shipping arrangement, we may also use other trusted local or international carriers.

Once dispatched, estimated transit times are as follows:

European Union: 6–10 business days
United States: 6–15 business days

Express shipping may be available for selected destinations. If you require express delivery, please contact info@lubrel.com before placing your order.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping with tracking is available on all orders.

4. Shipping Origins, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from multiple locations, depending on product availability and the delivery destination.

For the destinations currently supported by Lubrel, any applicable import duties and customs-clearance charges are handled as part of our shipping arrangement. Customers should not be required to pay additional import or customs fees when the parcel is delivered.

Sales tax, GST, VAT, or similar taxes that Lubrel is required to collect based on the delivery destination may be calculated and displayed separately at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the final amount payable to Lubrel.

If a carrier unexpectedly requests an additional customs or import payment before delivery, please contact us at info@lubrel.com before making the payment so that our team can review the request.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress through the carrier’s tracking website or our order-tracking page.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Delayed Orders

Unexpected delays may occur because of logistics disruptions, severe weather, high seasonal demand, customs processing, flight availability, or carrier-related issues.

If a delay occurs, we are committed to handling the situation transparently and providing clear updates whenever new information becomes available. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and our team will do its best to assist with suitable options.

If an order is significantly delayed for more than 2 months, you may choose to continue waiting, modify the order where possible, or cancel it for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
