At Lubrel, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Our shipping operations are managed by Tian Ying Express Inc.
1. Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours.
2. Transit Times & Delivery
We primarily use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for deliveries to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations. Depending on the delivery address, parcel size, and shipping arrangement, we may also work with other trusted local or international carriers.
Once dispatched, estimated transit times are as follows:

Australia: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
UK: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
EU: 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
US: 6–15 business days (Monday to Friday)

We also offer express shipping options. Please inquire at info@lubrel.com before placing an order if you require express shipping.

4. Shipping Origins & Taxes
All orders are shipped from multiple locations. All prices shown on our product landing page exclude US tax, AU imported duties, and any applicable local import duties or taxes for other supported international destinations. In other words, you are not required to pay any additional fees when your parcel is delivered to your doorstep.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the carrier's website.
6. Delayed Orders
Unexpected delays may occur due to logistics disruptions, inclement weather, high demand, customs processing, or carrier-related issues. When delays happen, we are committed to handling the situation with transparency and efficiency, and our priority is to keep you informed throughout the process.
Our goal is to provide clear and timely updates so you can plan accordingly. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we will always do our best to assist you with suitable options. If your order is significantly delayed (more than 2 months), you may choose to continue with the order, modify it, or cancel it for a full refund. Our customer service team is always available to assist with any updates or changes to your order.
