Order Processing

All orders placed with Lubrel are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday), provided the items are in stock. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on USPS and destination.

Order Transit

Transit time for Australia is estimated at 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard shipping and 6–15 business days (Monday to Friday) for shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. 

Note: International transit times are estimates and may vary based on your local customs processing speeds.

Shipping Origins and Taxes

Shipping from the United States. For domestic orders within the US, applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. For international orders, all prices are exclusive of customs duties and import taxes. As we ship via USPS on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, any applicable local duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns (other than faulty or damaged items), Lubrel will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic & international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within one to two (1–2) business days. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan for collection.
