Lubrel™ Warranty Policy

At Lubrel™, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our lighting. This warranty outlines what is covered, what is excluded, and how we support you should an issue arise.

1) Warranty Coverage

All indoor lighting products sold by Lubrel are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning from the original date of purchase.

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

2) What This Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly
  • Failure of internal electrical components under normal use (light bulbs excluded)
  • Structural issues resulting from internal material or manufacturing faults

3) What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Improper installation or use, including use outside the intended environment or contrary to provided instructions
  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, impact, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs not approved by Lubrel
  • Normal wear and aging, including surface marks, finish changes, or discoloration over time
  • Consumable components such as bulbs, fuses, or parts designed to wear with regular use

4) How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact us at info@lubrel.com and include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • Product name or model (if available)

In some cases, we may request the item be returned for inspection before a warranty decision is made.

5) Warranty Resolution

If a claim is approved, Lubrel will provide one of the following solutions, depending on the nature of the issue:

  • Repair of the product using new or refurbished components
  • Replacement with the same or a comparable model
  • Refund of the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible

Return shipping arrangements will be communicated during the claim process. Where applicable, Lubrel will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement items back to you.
